MOMENTOUS LEADERSHIP PROGRAM -MLP

Knowledge Management, (KM) is a concept and a term that arose approximately two decades ago, roughly in 1990. By definition "Knowledge management is a discipline that promotes an integrated approach to identifying, capturing, evaluating, retrieving, and sharing all of an enterprise's information assets. These assets may include databases, documents, policies, procedures, and previously un-captured expertise and experience in individual workers."

Today, we will tour the city of Dubai and thus we will use our senses to identify, capture and evaluate the various information the city highlights. Then through our Safari experience we will process this information captured during the city tour and transfer it to what the Japanese call as BA or knowledge.

The particular focus of this day will be on strategic decision–making and problem solving observed in a naturalistic decision–making framework, which is characterized by ill–structured problems, uncertainty, dynamism, shifting of competing goals, time stress, high stakes, multiple player, and goals and/or norms.

The core objective of our final days is:

· Develop skills and fitness specific to a particular sport

· Appreciate and be able to execute strategic play

· Participate at a level appropriate to one's developmental stage

· Share in the planning and administration of sport experience

· Provide reasonable leadership

· Work effectively within a group toward common goals

· Appreciate the rituals and conventions that give particular sports their unique meanings.

· Develop the capacity to make reasoned decisions about sport issues.

· Develop and apply knowledge about umpiring, refereeing, and training.

· Performance effectiveness measured against preset quantity or quality outputs.

· Behavioral outcomes, rated by clients, customers, or other stakeholders.

· Member attitudes, reflecting the group’s sense of how well its work was done.
